What the Demo is
The Demo is an evaluation service for reviewing sample contracts with AI. Use the supplied fictional test contracts or other non-confidential sample documents. Do not upload or enter personal, confidential, privileged, client, or matter data.
Data we process
- Account and sign-in data you provide when registering, including your email address and authentication data. Sign-in and account management are handled by Clerk.
- Documents you upload, their filenames and metadata, extracted text, document previews, review columns and instructions, heatmap questions, and the model results produced in response.
- Account usage records, including file-run counts used to enforce demo limits.
- Technical request and security data, such as IP address, request time and address, browser and device information, and error events.
Document processing and model requests
Uploaded documents are stored in an account-specific area on the Demo server. Text extraction, OCR, and document previews use processing tools operated with the Demo, including Docling and local PDF and Word tools. The supplied test contracts may use their pre-extracted text.
For model analysis, the Demo sends document text or selected passages together with your review instructions or questions to the configured model service. Jev requests can be routed through OpenRouter to TypeSafe, or to TypeSafe directly. EigenJev requests use the Eigenwelt model endpoint when configured. The receiving services process the content needed to return decisions or relevance scores. Do not submit confidential information.
Purposes and legal bases
Account and usage data is processed to provide the Demo you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical and usage-limit records are processed to operate the Demo, keep it stable, and detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and providers
The hosted Demo runs on a Google Cloud virtual machine in region europe-west1 (Belgium). Clerk handles authentication; the configured model services handle inference. The location of the Demo server does not mean all provider processing is restricted to that region. Provider processing may take place outside the European Economic Area.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded documents, extracted text, review settings, and results persist between sessions. Deleting a table document or clearing the table removes its stored source, extracted text, and results from the active Demo storage. Clearing the table preserves review columns and lifetime usage counts. Contract Heatmap stores one active document and its previews and results separately; replacing it removes the previous heatmap document and results.
Account data and usage records remain while your Demo account exists. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated Demo data. Removing a document from the Demo does not itself delete any provider-side records. The Demo and its stored contents may also be reset or withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact chris@eigenweltlabs.com.
The Terms of use also apply to the Demo.
