Terms of use
Jev DD demo · Last updated 23 September 2026
These terms govern the public Jev DD demo provided by Eigenwelt Labs, operated by Poensgen Technology UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany (“Eigenwelt”, “we”, “us”), at jev.eigenweltlabs.com (the “Demo”). By using the Demo, you agree to them.
What the Demo is for
The Demo lets you try tabular contract review and sentence relevance heatmaps using AI models. It is provided free of charge for evaluation only. It is not a production service, carries no availability commitment, and may be reset, changed, or withdrawn at any time. Anything in the Demo may be lost without notice.
No client or matter data
Use the fictional test contracts supplied by the Demo or other non-confidential sample documents you are entitled to use. Do not enter or upload personal, confidential, privileged, client, or matter data. Document text, review instructions, and questions are sent to a model for analysis; the details are in the Demo privacy notice. The supplied test contracts are fictional demonstration material.
Account and acceptable use
Access requires an account. Keep your credentials secret and do not share the account. You must not overload the Demo, bypass its access, security, or usage controls, query it automatically beyond what trying it out requires, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights or applicable law. We may suspend access without notice for misuse, a security risk, or excessive load.
No legal advice, no warranty
The Demo does not provide legal advice. Its output can be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, and is not intended for use in a matter. Relevance scores do not measure legal risk, and model confidence is not a guarantee of accuracy. The Demo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty.
Liability
Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, an expressly assumed guarantee, or mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and only for the foreseeable damage typical of this agreement. Because the Demo is provided free of charge and for evaluation only, liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms prospectively and will change the date above. German law applies. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
